Thursday, 07 August at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Recent developments in costs – gross sum costs orders

The NSW Bar Association's Cost and Fees Committee is pleased to invite you to attend this seminar on ‘Recent developments in costs – gross sum costs orders’. The seminar will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, 7 August 2025 in person at the NSWBA Common Room.

This seminar will provide an update on developments and recent cases in relation to applications for gross sum costs orders – the do’s and don’ts.

Please join speakers Jock Baird, 8 Windeyer Chambers, and Andrew Bailey, Two Wentworth.

The seminar will be chaired by Michelle Castle, University Chambers, Deputy Chair of the Costs and Fees Committee.
