A review of the latest case developments concerning the operation of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) – and the interplay between the PPSA and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This CPD will explore the provisions attracting judicial consideration both substantively and administratively as regards the Personal Property Securities Register.
