The President of the NSW Bar Association is pleased to chair a CPD on the “Law of War”.
The panel of speakers includes:
-Dr Helen Durham AO;
-Professor Tim McCormack from the University of Tasmania; and
-Professor Ben Saul from the University of Sydney.
The format will be a facilitated discussion among the panel members on the topic of international humanitarian law, followed by a Q & A session.
This CPD is presented by the International Committee and the Human Rights Committee.
