Tuesday, 12 March at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Judicial Advice: A view from the bench

 

Chaired by Lindsay Ellison SC and joined by speakers Justice Anthony McGrath and Simon Chapple SC.

 

This seminar will explore the development and present state of the law in relation to the ability of trustees and executors to approach the court for judicial advice pursuant to section 63 of the Trustee Act 1925 (NSW), as well as identifying practical considerations for counsel in preparing such applications and the expectations of the Court.
