Tuesday, 18 February at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Pleadings in Family Court disputes

Mr Edward Cox SC, Greenway Chambers will conduct the seminar reviewing approaches to pleading property disputes in the Family Court disputes. With a particular focus on complex property disputes involving trusts, disputed assets/transactions and claims involving third parties. Additionally the seminar will review some recent judgments of the Federal Circuit and Family Court’s approach to pleadings, and a comparison with approaches in other courts.
