Tuesday, 20 August at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Gender pay gap in the legal profession

Organised by the Women Barristers Forum, Join Kate Eastman SC, New Chambers.
This CPD considers the earning gap between male and female barristers as a structural problem that presents a collective challenge to all barristers.
The gender pay gap can be linked to a series of obstacles to women’s career development at the Bar, including work distribution, client briefing practices and returning to work after maternity leave.
