The Commercial Law Section is pleased to host a CPD on “Written Submissions in Commercial Law”.
Chaired by the Hon Justice Michael Ball and presented by Fiona Roughley SC and Emma Bathurst, this CPD will discuss what makes for effective and useful submissions for the Court and give practical advice on how to go about writing them.
It is particularly aimed at more junior members of the Bar, but all are welcome.
