Tuesday, 26 March at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Best Practice in Probate & Family Provision: In conversation with Justice Slattery.

His Honour, Justice Slattery will be the speaker on the evening and intends to have an interactive style CPD with questions and answers from members of the Bar.

His Honour's intention is to give practitioners appearing in the Succession & Probate List the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback, both in relation to practice and procedure and generally. The intention of the CPD is to receive comments and guidance from his Honour to provide assistance to those Practitioners to advance the efficiency of this very busy practice area and the ability to have a genuine interaction with his Honour in a reasonably informal session.
