Tuesday, 26 August at 5pm - NSWBAR Common Room - Danger of Loose discourse in inquests and inquiries

Ben Bradley (Greenway Chambers) will chair a discussion with Grantley Creighton (Director of Aboriginal Health, Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network) on the importance of language when talking with First Nations people during inquests, including Indigenous health workers appearing as witnesses and the need to consult on the language around recommendations.
