International Practice Series #5: practical considerations in recognition, enforcement and execution of arbitral awards in the Federal Court and in the NSW Supreme Court

This session seeks to provide an overview of the statutory framework for recognition and enforcement of commercial arbitration awards in the Federal Court and NSW Supreme Court, including in light of the relevant practice notes. Speakers will discuss practical points to consider, as well as considerations of execution such as State immunity.
