The practical one-day workshop includes
· Full day instruction by specifically trained instructors
· Online presentations by barristers, judges, witness intermediaries and academics.
· A specific Vulnerable Witness Case Study
· Repeat performance and review opportunities.
· General Workshop on the Vulnerable Witness, techniques in questioning, Witness Internediataries, the GRH, communication and case theory.
· Workshop handouts and take away materials, including a PDF copy of “The AAI Advocacy Manual” for each participant.
**The Vulnerable Witness Case Study and accompanying materials will be made available to participants approximately 3 weeks prior to the Saturday Workshop.
