Examination Fees

The examination fee of $795.00 is non-refundable nor transferable from one examination period to the next.

Registrations are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

The Exam Fee for the New South Wales Bar Exam is GST free.

Registrations for the June Bar Exam must be completed by the nominated deadline.

Laptop Hire Fee

Note this is only applicable if you wish to sit the exam on a laptop provided by the NSWBA. Only available to candidates sitting the Sydney Based Exam.

Steps 1-3 of the laptop registration process must be completed with the Laptop Hire
