Below is a summary of the Bar Practice Course program.
Please note that the below program is subject to change.
The Bar Practice Course program will be available to candidates via the Readers Noticeboard.
We advise that there may be small changes and that candidates not print any materials before the course starts.
Week 1 Introduction and Preparation for court: Pleadings and Evidence.
Week 2 Court Applications.
Week 3 Advocacy: Opening address, examination in chief, cross examination, re-examination and closing address.
Week 4 Preparation for practice and final mock trial.
