What is involved?

 

GENERAL SKILLS WORKSHOP

The General Skills Workshop is an exciting program that gives junior advocates the opportunity to practice the skills, disciplines and techniques involved in good advocacy. The workshop is conducted over 3 online sessions, including Introductory Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evening, followed by a full day (Saturday) of instruction, performance, and review.

 

WHATS INCLUDED

 An introductory sessions on the fundamental principles upon which effective advocacy is based.

A full day of advocacy instruction by experienced instructors.

A specifically developed case study.

Repeat performance and review opportunities.

General workshops on analysing and developing case theory, performance preparation and communication skills.

Workshop handouts and take away materials, including a PDF copy of “The AAI Advocacy Manual” for each participant.
